Sunday Afternoon Mind Dump…

  • Last night was an awesome night at Revolution
  • We had our highest attendance ever as we kicked off The Vow
  • It was a challenging message for me as the passage and the ideas of biblical manhood really worked on me throughout the week to make sure I am living out what I am calling men in our church to be
  • Marriage is something Katie and I are really passionate about and helping people, so throughout the years, we have put together a lot of blogs about marriage. The top 25 are here
  • If you missed last night, you can listen to it here
  • You also don’t want to miss our vision night this Thursday night at 6:30pm
  • We will be sharing what God has been doing in the hearts of our leaders over the last year and where that is going to take us
  • So excited to share this as we move forward
  • We introduced the 30 day intimacy challenge last night
  • If you didn’t pick up a study guide, you can download the married guide and the singles guide
  • Here is a list of resources to help with you some of the topics we are covering in this series
  • The reaction to this is always interesting
  • It was encouraging to hear from couples and singles who took the challenge
  • Can’t wait to see what God does in their lives over the next 30 days
  • It was fun sitting and talking through Day 1 with Katie last night, excited to go through it again with her
  • Really excited about next week and preaching on “A Good Woman”
  • It is going to be an eye opening night for a lot of people
  • I think we are planning to do a live Q&A at the end of the sermon
  • One of the coolest parts about last night, besides preaching in a suit, was seeing how many first time guests we had
  • Love seeing all the new faces
  • Can’t wait to see what God does over the next 4 weeks and how he changes people
  • Bought the new Mat Kearney album this week
  • One of the best albums all year
  • Time to get the house cleaned up to have dinner with some new Revolutionaries tonight
  • Always love hanging with new people in our community
