Really excited about starting my lead pastor coaching network with Nelson Searcy. Nelson is a pastor in Manhattan and started The Journey there.
The coaching network lasts a year and covers the church systems that Nelson has developed. There are 8 systems:
- The weekend service
- Evangelism
- Assimilation
- Small groups
- Ministry
- Stewardship
- Leadership
- Strategic
What makes me excited about this is that at Revolution, we already use 2 of the systems (Assimilation and Small Groups) and have seen God do some unbelievable things through them. So I’m really excited to see what God is going to do at Revolution because of the systems and this coaching network.
