What Should my Dissertation be on?

I have to hand in my first draft of what I want to do my doctoral dissertation this friday. I am working on a D.Min. in Advaned Missional Leadership at Biblical Seminary. I would be curious to hear from the blog world what would be an interesting topic to do on the missional church or missional leadership. What should my dissertation be on?
Missional Church:
-How does a missional approach to church adequately engage the church in the global Christian movement?
-Can a missional church model be transmitted to other cultures in a way that doesn’t undermine their good cultural values?
Missional leadership:
-Where is the intersection of servant leadership and authority?
-Why is long-term committment becoming a rarity in a field that supposedly values the long-term impact on the Kingdom?
